FOOD WASTE ENDING : THE SOLUTION AGAINST HUNGER AND RESOURCES SCARCITY

1/3 OF THE FOOD YEARLY PRODUCED ENDS UP IN GARBAGE, e.a 1.3 billion tonnes of food wasted every year could feed at least 2,4 billion people. In short this waste impacts the economy with an annual cost of 750 billions USD, the land farm (28% of the agriculture surface are wasted and ecosystems destroyed; the same for fishery), our water reserve (250 km3 of water covering world population water need are lost) and the pollution with GT greenhouse gases.
